Currently seeking people interested in starting their own business in Indianapolis area! 
We do not ask facilitators to join us often, but will keep this on file for when we need new facilitators.


Are you interested in being a small business owner? Do you need some extra $$$? Do you want to be your own boss and be rewarded for your hard work? Do you want to have fun and set your own hours? Creative Gatherings' is looking for party facilitators.

About Us and Our Growth

Creative Gatherings has been built through hardwork, teamwork, and the constant push for improvement and controlled-growth. Our three main areas of focus, providing top-notch customer service, producing quality products with lots of options, and advertising using social media, are what drives our growth. If you look at our growth as a business, it is simply amazing. 
  • We started as 2 vinyl crafters wanting to do something fun.
  • September 2015- Officially started a small part-time business doing 2-3 parties a week.
    • Started averaging 80 signs a month.
  • May 2016- Began distributing products to 8 independently operated franchises in Indianapolis. (Wood and Vinyl Distribution)
    • Started averaging 35 parties a month 500-600 signs a month peaking during holiday season at 800 signs.
  • July 2016- Expanded Party4All division by forming partnership with our local wineries to host parties that are open to the public.
    • 2 wineries average 70 signs per party and smaller locations 15-25 per party.
  • August 2016- 1st franchise in Ohio. We process orders and cut their vinyl
    • Averaging 500-600 signs a month plus 50 vinyls for Ohio.
  • September 2016- Added our fundraiser option to bring in another target market. People are always looking to fundraise.
    • Averaging 100 signs a month for fundraisers. Fundraising average $1000 a month.
  • January 2017- Searching for 5 new franchise owners throughout US.
    • Our New Goal: Average 500-600 signs a month plus 250 outside of central Indiana.
  • April 2017- Added 10 new owners in 9 states.
  • July 2017- Purchased land to open a party facility in Indianapolis.

Tried and Tested

We are being contacted weekly from all over the country and people are asking us 'How can I join Creative Gatherings?' They have seen their friends' pictures on Facebook and fell in love. It is humbling to say the least, but we know the number one reason businesses fail is growing to quickly. We are taking calculated steps to grow in Indianapolis.

Opening a franchise isn't easy. It takes a ton of work at first, but the benefits of this are amazing. 
  • You determine your schedule. 100% your control. 
  • It is very rewarding to see people create their signs and be proud of their work.
  • Good $$$. This isn't going to make you rich, but it is better than most hourly, part-time work. You are going to get quicker and the time vs. $$$ is totally worth it.
  • The signs you purchase will be discounted to $15.

What Do I Need to Start My Own Franchise?

These are the materials you would need to be a facilitator: (We literally run this out of a home office, a garage and a storage closet.)
  • A functioning technology-device. Best to have PC or Mac. Can survive with tablet, iPad or phone, but not the greatest.
  • $99 starter-fee for Creative Gatherings to get you added into our system and your paint sample boards.
  • Approximately $150 to purchase your supplies to get started.
  • We will give you all the information where to purchase your supplies. 
    • Not a must... but nice to have a Menards nearby. If you have a Dollar Tree, Wal-mart, Michaels and Meijer, even better!
As a person:
  • What you get out of this is determined by the hours you put in! You have to be hard working!
  • FRIENDLY! This isn't about sales... It is about the people!
  • You must  be organized!
  • Facebook-Savy! Tech-Savy!
  • Have the ability to network.
  • Be able to advertise. Social media will make your business.
  • Be flexible!

Questions You May Have? We recommend that you read the contract that is attached.
  • What is the potential profit I will make?
    • As a facilitator, you will be invoiced. You will collect money at parties. Your portion is $7-$13 based on sign size with a minimum of $80 for  a party. You can make $80 some parties and other parties you might make $300.
  • What materials will I need to purchase? 
    • You will need to purchase 15 -18 items plus 60 paint colors. These will be explained on the facilitator page.
  • How will my customers order?
    • As a part of your $99 start-up, we will create a Creative Gatherings' webpage for your franchise. Your customers can order directly through our webpage, so you don't have to collect orders. 
    • The main location of Creative Gatherings will process customer orders. We will cut vinyl and get the wood ready for your order. You will pick-up in Plainfield or at a storage closet. 
  • How can people schedule parties?
    • They can book them online. You input your availability. The party host can see availability and schedule in a few clicks.
  • Will I be given parties by Creative Gatherings? 
    • ​NO... it will be your responsibility to create your own network. Sometimes this is the hardest part. You will need to post on social media, make calls, get marketing materials, work fairs... whatever it takes to get your name out.
  • How can I check orders for my parties?
    • As we process orders, we place them into Google Sheets so that you and your customers can see on our website at any time.
  • Is there a minimum requirement for parties?
    • To remain a Creative Gatherings' franchise, we ask that you facilitate 12 parties throughout the calendar year. This is pro-rated the 1st year you open. 
  • What are the negatives involved?
    • Getting set-up is hard work, but once you learn it, practice it and get into a routine it becomes second nature.
    • Customer service isn't always easy. =)
    • YOU HAVE TO SAY NO SOMETIMES. No, I can't add late orders. No, I don't have availability.

I CAN DO THIS... WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

If you are still interested, here is what you should do:
  • Fill out the facilitator application below.
  • We will contact you with 5-7 business days.
We will choose based on location, goals, network and flexibility. If selected:
  • We will give you access on our website to an agreement, a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement saying you will not share our business information with others or sell any wooden signs unless you purchase vinyl from Creative Gatherings.
  • We will send you an invoice  for $99 via PayPal. This franchising fee to give you access to our facilitator page with information, marketing materials, logos you can use, tutorials and online scheduler. It will also help pay to get your own Creative Gatherings' webpage.
  • After signing and paying your fee, you will need to register your Creative Gatherings' franchise as a business within the state you live in.
  • As the contract says, you are responsible for your own budget, taxes, etc. We merely serve as a distributor of vinyl and provide you with information to operate your small business using Creative Gatherings' logo, designs and information. 
  • We will ask that you attend a couple of our parties to shadow until you feel comfortable. We truly believe you have to see to learn everything you need to know.

All DESIGNS ON OUR WEBSITE ARE OWNED BY CREATIVE GATHERINGS. WE HAVE EITHER PURCHASED THE RIGHT TO USE OR CREATED ON OUR OWN. USING OUR DESIGNS IS PROHIBITED. All franchises independently owned and operated.
